Maison Martin Margiela Couture Spring 2018

The audience was encouraged to take flash-photos on their phones during the show, and the flashes illuminated the reflective fabric.
After leaving Dior he noticed how people were watching shows through their phone, so he created a collection for IRL and URL (lol!)
Galliano for Margiela has been an incredible combination of inventiveness and technical skill, I wish there were more detail shots of every piece

Galliano
is unbelievable in his vision and skill. His recent downfall is
heartbreaking and I don't want to excuse his actions, but as an artist
he is troubled, talented, genius, and mad. I hate writing because I'm
terrible at it, but basically I love him.
